Title Impact of Conflict Management Strategies on Employee Performance in Workplace

Abstract

Abstract: The main purpose is to delve into the study of externalities which is a major cause of
conflict at workplace. How an loggerhead managers search out for various conflict management
styles in order to improve their employees morale; so that work could be performed on smoothness
without any hindrances. Moreover, study discuss on educating employees so that they do not bring
family and social life issue into the workplace. Conflict may arise where there are perceived or
actual differences in dealing with departments or groups of employees. Several studies undertaken
which indicate conflict resolving strategies and how one can come up with best practices. This
study would help to identify how an individual cope with the changes and how an employee
manage cumbersome situation at his workplace. How organization are coming out by breaking
prisons of siloed society by engaging partners, co workers to interact with each other and focusing
on transformation efforts. This changes focus from continuous improvement on existing process to
holistic transformation so that quicker decision result in successful operation of business and this
will be only possible if collaboration is performed in an transparent and fair manner with proper
documentation and adapting work ethics, norms and values by interconnectedness. The research
design used in this study was descriptive statistics. The data collected was primary data. Data was
analyzed using the descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, regression, percentage using SPSS
(Statistical Package For Social Sciences) 29 version. The reliability of questionnaire is checked
through Cron Bach alpha reliability test. The sample selection used in this study is purposive and
snowball sampling technique which is a part of non probability sampling and stratified probability
sampling(specific industry or manufacturing unit) is employed.
