Dr. Anuradha Mishra, Associate Professor of HR at Srusti Academy of Management, is a distinguished academic with over 15 years of professional and teaching experience across academia and industry. Holding a PhD in Talent Management, she has contributed over 10 publications in UGC and ABDC-listed journals. Her core interests include AI in HR, employee engagement, and sustainable development.
