The ultimate success of an institute imparting professional education is to provide its students a path for pursuing a professional career. The mission of an institution is accomplished by its effectiveness to help its students realize their dreams. This has been proven yet again by the successful run of the final placement process of Srusti Academy of Management and Technology (Autonomous), Bhubaneswar. Srusti Academy of Management proudly announces yet another year of success in the campus recruitment process for its graduating batch of 2024-25. The institute has achieved spectacular placements for its students who bagged niche profiles in leading organizations despite the challenging market conditions and increased competition.
There has been marked improvement in compensation offered and average salary in 2024. While the all time annual highest CTC of Rs.10.00 lacs is maintained, the highest CTC of Rs. 7.90 Lacs is recorded in 2025. The top 50% average annual CTC for 2025 is Rs. 5.08 Lacs and the average CTC has increased to Rs. 4,04,000/PA in 2025 in comparison to Rs. 3,80,000/PA in 2024, an increase of 6%. For the batch 2025, 133 job offers were made and out of registered for placement, 164 students have been placed in 2025, which accounts for placement of 81% students of the batch. In total 58 Companies have visited the campus in 2025.
Prominent names of companies include Cease Fire Industries ITC, Berger Paints, Axis Bank, Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank, I serve U, TCI Express, RAMCO Cements, Paytm, Flipkart, OhhproBacs Energy, Utkarsh Pipes, Runo Tech, Asian Heart Institute, Housiey, Ceasefire, Manappuram Finance Pvt Ltd, Anandita Finance Pvt Ltd, Muthoot Fincrop, SBI Mutual Fund, Sundaram Finance, Geetanjali Homestates Pvt Ltd .

Srusti Academy of Management proudly announces yet another year of success in the campus recruitment process for its graduating batch of 2024-25.
