Final Placements for the academic session 2023-24 have once again affirmed the faith and confidence of the industry in the students of Srusti Academy of Management and Technology (Autonomous), Bhubaneswar. The placement season saw participation from a total of 58 recruiters in various domains such as Finance, General Management, Human Resources & Operations, IT & Analytics, and Sales & Marketing. Srusti Academy of Management and Technology conducted the placement season through the participation from several prominent recruiters including RAMCO Cements, Berger Paints, Mannapuram Finance, Ceasefire Industries Ltd, Jaro Education, Asian Heart Institute, Justdial, ESAF Bank, Pantaloons, Reliance Ajio, ICICI Prudential, People's Forum, Uday Solutions, Global Data,TCI Express, ICICI Bank,Reliance Retail, Axis Bank,Bandhan Bank,ESAf Bank,Sundaram Finance, Godrej and more. Srusti Academy of Management and Technology gracefully hosted many first-time recruiters including , Vyapaar,Veriety resources,Genpact ,Durian Industries, ITC Ltd.Niva Bupa, and more.

The Batch of 2023-24 received illustrious offers with diversity in profiles across the spectrum of industries. 141 students got placed in the academic session 2023-24.The highest salary this year stands at Rs: 7 Lakhs, while average for the top 20% and top 50% stands at Rs:5.34 Lakhs And Rs: 4.92 Lakhs respectively.
