Dr. Susmita Parija is a seasoned academician with over 22 years of experience in teaching, training, and consultancy. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (HRD) and serves as Associate Professor & Training Head at Srusti Academy of Management and Technology. Her expertise spans HRM, communication, corporate training, counselling, and social research. She has published widely, contributed to books, holds an international patent, and is actively involved in curriculum design and institutional development. She is also a certified trainer and counselor with national-level training credentials.
