Alok Kumar is a dynamic and goal-oriented academician and industry professional with a well-rounded background in Marketing, Sales, Training, and Business Development, across sectors like Banking, FMCG, Financial Services, NGOs, and Academia. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Marketing) at Srusti Academy of Management & Technology (Autonomous), he brings over 6 years of cross-functional experience, including teaching, corporate training, and frontline sales leadership. With a PGDM in Marketing from ITM B-School, Navi Mumbai, Alok has held impactful roles at organizations like CITIBANK, Parle Products, IIFL Finance, and iMerit, managing portfolios, leading teams, designing training modules, and mentoring students and professionals. He is also actively engaged with entrepreneurship development, serving as the Faculty Convenor of the ED-Cell & Incubation Centre, mentoring budding entrepreneurs, and facilitating industry-academia collaborations. His certifications in AI applications, managerial effectiveness, and teaching methodologies reflect his commitment to continuous learning.
