Dr. Nirmal Kumar Routra (MBA, M.Com, Ph.D. Contd.) is an experienced academician specializing in Finance and Marketing, currently serving as Controller of Examination, and Person-in-Charge (PIC) for Brand Building at Srusti Academy of Management (Autonomous), Bhubaneswar. With over 15 years of rich experience in academia, he has held key positions such as Assistant Professor in reputed institutions like GIFT, Government College (Angul), and Creative Techno College. He holds postgraduate degrees in both MBA and M.Com, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha. Dr. Routra has a strong track record in teaching diverse finance and management subjects such as Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Derivatives, Behavioral Finance, and Soft Skills. Known for his adaptive nature, motivational speaking, and strong communication skills, he is committed to continuous learning and academic excellence.
In 2020, Dr. Routra published a research article titled “The impact of customer relationship management on the banking industry: An empirical study in the Bhubaneswar market†in the International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development (IJMPERD), highlighting CRM strategies in banking.
